What?
Executive functioning — how to start, plan, prioritize, and follow through — isn't learned by being told. It's learned by doing, reflecting, working through examples, and getting new tools.
That's exactly what this class does.
Your student will learn how to:
- Start tasks without the internal struggle
- Break big projects into steps they can actually follow
- Manage their time instead of running out of it
- Handle frustration without shutting down
- Prioritize what matters and let go of what doesn't
- Follow through — not because someone made them, but because they know how

What's included:
- Workbook (theirs to keep)
- Weekly in-person instruction
- 4 homework assistance calls (15 min each, scheduled via Calendly when they actually need help)
- Weekly recap sheet — what was covered, so progress isn't only tracked in the workbook
- Before/after self-assessment — how they rate their own follow-through, week 1 vs week 8, so you have something concrete to point to
