I know what that voice inside sounds like

Woman with blue eyes amidst yellow flowers, resting her chin on her hand.

The one that keeps saying — this isn't right. Something has to change.

I heard mine for years before I knew what to do with it.

Watch My Story →

The Story

I watched women I loved lose themselves. Then I almost did too.

I grew up watching women around me slowly disappear into their roles — wife, mother, volunteer, the one who holds everything together. Not dramatically. Quietly. A little more autopilot here. A little more people-pleasing there.

And then one day they were unrecognizable. To their husbands. To their kids. To themselves.

I felt the pull of it in my own life.

I had friendships that made me feel small. I said yes to things I didn't want. I made decisions based on everyone else's expectations — and somewhere in all of that, I stopped asking what I actually wanted.

There was a voice inside getting louder every time I ignored it.

Don't you feel this? We are stuck in quicksand and you keep going back.

That voice wasn't dramatic. It was just accurate.

So I did the work. Before the crisis. I got clear on who I was, what I valued, and what God actually made me to do. I learned to tell the difference between my own voice, God's voice, and the voice that was lying to me.

My marriage is whole. My family is whole. Not perfect — whole.

That's not luck. That's the work. And it's exactly what I help you do.

Why work with me?

Certified Life Coach 187 hours of coach training — because not everyone who calls themselves a coach is a good coach. I take this seriously.

Coaching since 2021 I've sat across from women in every kind of stuck — marriage struggles, identity crises, career decisions, parenting battles, and the quiet resentment that nobody talks about. I know what this work actually looks like.

Faith-grounded I'm a Christian coach. That means when we do this work together, we're not building your identity on self-help theory. We're rooting it in who God made you to be. That's a completely different foundation.

I've lived it I didn't learn this from a book. I learned it from watching women lose themselves and deciding that wasn't going to be my story. My framework — Respect The Steps — is built from 30 years of hard-earned wisdom and the identity work I did before the crisis hit.

What Clients Are Saying

"You helped me remember who I've always been but forgot about."

Coaching is one of the most rewarding things I've done for myself that has actually been helpful and motivating. You helped me remember who I've always been but forgot about. I'm ready to build my business. Thank you for helping me find me again.

— Ashlyn, 1:1 Coaching Client

"I walked away feeling empowered and ready to take on the world." Kelly is part mentor, thought-provoker, strategist, and cheerleader and I am so grateful for our time together. — Anna

"I just feel like I'm looking at it from a totally different perspective." Oh my gosh I feel so much better after talking to you. I saw things I didn't see before. — Meghan

"I feel happy because I feel like I'm now taking steps to be content no matter what happens." You clearly assessed the situation, broke down the character of my actions and propelled me forward. Amazing. — Robby

"I am definitely taking time to love myself and feel loved." Even taking naps I don't feel guilty anymore. I feel more confident. — Traci

"I feel very thankful that I have you to help walk me into my pain and through it." — Bianca

Why it matters that your coach is a Christian.

Coaching is a dance of leadership between coach and client. If you want that dance to stay aligned with God's will — make sure your coach is too.

I don't just believe faith belongs in this work. I believe faith IS the work. Identity rooted in Christ is the most unshakeable foundation a woman can stand on.

That's what we build together.
