Because I actually listen. Because I take them seriously. Because I've spent 25 years sitting across from kids who were bursting with things they didn't know how to say — and helping them say them.
I'm Kelly Garashay. Certified Life Coach. Youth mentor. And the person your middle schooler will actually open up to.
I built Life Skills Class because I watched too many kids hit the most critical two years of their development without a single tool for handling what was coming. No language for their feelings. No framework for their decisions. No one in their corner who wasn't their parent.
That's not okay. Not when the window is open right now.
I've been doing this work for 25 years. I know what it looks like when a kid gets the tools during the window. And I know what it costs when they don't.
Your kid deserves someone fighting for them right now.
That's why I show up every single week.
The moms.
I'd be working with a kid — helping them name their feelings, identify the thoughts working against them, make decisions from their values instead of peer pressure — and I'd watch their mom sitting in the car in the parking lot waiting.
And I kept thinking:
She needs this too. Maybe more than her kid does.
Because the tools I teach kids — how to handle big feelings, how to know your own voice, how to make decisions from who you actually are instead of from pressure and guilt and everyone else's expectations — those aren't just kid tools.
They're the tools most women never got either.
I've spent just as many years coaching women as I have working with kids. And what I've found is this:
When a woman knows who she is — her whole family feels it.
She stops reacting. She starts leading. She becomes the foundation her family is built on.
That's the work I do with moms.
And it starts with one free Friday morning.

I grew up watching women around me slowly disappear into their roles — wife, mother, volunteer, the one who holds everything together. Not dramatically. Quietly. A little more autopilot here. A little more people-pleasing there.
And then one day they were unrecognizable. To their husbands. To their kids. To themselves.
I felt the pull of it in my own life.
I had friendships that made me feel small. I said yes to things I didn't want. I made decisions based on everyone else's expectations — and somewhere in all of that, I stopped asking what I actually wanted.
There was a voice inside getting louder every time I ignored it.
Don't you feel this? We are stuck in quicksand and you keep going back.
That voice wasn't dramatic. It was just accurate.
So I did the work. Before the crisis. I got clear on who I was, what I valued, and what God actually made me to do. I learned to tell the difference between my own voice, God's voice, and the voice that was lying to me.
My marriage is whole. My family is whole. Not perfect — whole.
That's not luck. That's the work. And it's exactly what I help you do.
Certified Life Coach 187 hours of coach training — because not everyone who calls themselves a coach is actually one. I take this work seriously and so should you.
25 years working with kids and families I've sat across from kids in every kind of stuck — emotional shutdown, identity confusion, friendship drama, anxiety, screen addiction, big feelings with no language for them. I know what this work actually looks like.
Coaching women since 2021 I've walked women through marriage struggles, identity crises, career decisions, parenting battles, and the quiet resentment that nobody talks about. I know what gets in the way and how to clear it.
Faith-grounded I'm a Christian coach. That means when we do this work together — whether it's with your kid or with you — we're not building on self-help theory. We're rooting it in who God made you to be. That's a completely different foundation.
I've lived it I didn't learn this from a book. I learned it from watching women lose themselves and deciding that wasn't going to be my story. I did the identity work before the crisis hit. My family is still whole because of it.

Coaching is a dance of leadership between coach and client.
If you want that dance to stay aligned with God's will — make sure your coach is too.
I don't just believe faith belongs in this work. I believe faith IS the work. Identity rooted in Christ is the most unshakeable foundation a woman can stand on.
That's not a tagline. That's what we actually build together.
It's free. It's thirty minutes. Real coaching on the exact topics that are quietly making or breaking your family right now.
