25 years of experience. I've sat across from kids in every kind of stuck — emotional shutdown, identity confusion, friendship drama, anxiety — and walked alongside women through marriage strain, identity loss, and quiet resentment. This isn't theory I picked up recently. It's two and a half decades of doing the actual work.
Background checked. I hold a current Fingerprint Clearance Card. When you're trusting someone with your kid, that shouldn't be a question mark — it should be a fact you can verify.
The same goal you have. I'm not building independence away from your family. I'm building toward it — kids who launch with confident capability and a relationship with their parents that's still intact. That's the actual win. Not just a kid who can function on their own, but a family that stays close while it happens.
I've lived it, and I know how to teach it.
That combination is what lets me take complex emotional and psychological concepts and turn them into hyper-practical, usable tools. The kind a 13-year-old or an exhausted mom can actually apply today, not just understand in theory.
I'd be working with a kid — helping them name their feelings, untangle the thoughts working against them, make decisions from their values instead of peer pressure — and I'd watch their mom waiting in the parking lot.
And I kept thinking: she needs this too.
The tools I teach kids — naming big feelings, knowing your own voice, deciding from who you are instead of from pressure and guilt — aren't just kid tools. They're tools most women never got either.
I've coached just as many years with women as I have with kids. And here's what I've found:
When a woman has the language for who she is, her whole family feels it.
She stops reacting. She leads. She becomes the steady thing the family is built on.
That work starts with one free Friday morning.

I grew up watching women around me slowly disappear into their roles — wife, mother, volunteer, the one who holds everything together. Not dramatically. Quietly. A little more autopilot here. A little more people-pleasing there.
And then one day they were unrecognizable. To their husbands. To their kids. To themselves.
I felt the pull of it in my own life.
I had friendships that made me feel small. I said yes to things I didn't want. I made decisions based on everyone else's expectations — and somewhere in all of that, I stopped asking what I actually wanted.
There was a voice inside getting louder every time I ignored it.
Don't you feel this? We are stuck in quicksand and you're not asking for help.
That voice wasn't being dramatic. It was just accurate.
So I did the work. Before the crisis. God and trusted supporters helped me as I got clear on who I was, what I valued, and what God actually made me to do. I learned to tell the difference between my own voice, God's voice, and the voice that was lying to me.
The result is that my marriage is whole and my family is whole. None of it is perfect — but whole.
That's not luck. That's grace, and it's the work. It's exactly what I help you do — and it's exactly what I want for your kids: the language and the confident capability to build a whole life, not a perfect one.
Certified Life Coach — 187 hours of coach training and years of experience. Not everyone who calls themselves a coach actually is one.
25 years working with kids and families — Emotional shutdown, identity confusion, friendship drama, anxiety, screen struggles, numbing out. I know how to read what's actually going on with your student — and how to work alongside them once they're ready to change.
Coaching women since 2021 — Marriage struggles, identity crises, career decisions, parenting battles, the quiet resentment nobody talks about. I know what gets in the way and how to clear it.
Faith-grounded — I'm a Christian coach. This work — with your kid or with you — isn't built on self-help theory. It's rooted in who God made you to be.
I've lived it — I didn't learn this from a book. I learned it watching women lose themselves and deciding that wouldn't be my story. As an empty nester with two grown kids thriving as homeowners, spouses, employees, and parents, I've done this work myself — both raising them and rebuilding purpose once they launched.

Coaching is a dance of leadership between coach and client.
If you want that dance to stay aligned with God's will — make sure your coach is too.
I don't just believe faith belongs in this work. I believe faith IS the work. Identity rooted in Christ is the most unshakeable foundation a woman can stand on.
That's not a tagline. That's what we actually build together.
It's free. It's 45 minutes. Real coaching on the exact topics that are quietly making or breaking your family right now.
